Boat Engine Mechanic
We are in immediate need of a Boat Engine Mechanic at a busy Belvidere company. Knowledge of other kinds of engine repair is helpful, but the focus will be on boat engines, so experience in that area is necessary. The Boat Engine Mechanic is a direct hire position offering a great opportunity to use your mechanical aptitude and skills. The ideal candidate for the Boat Engine Mechanic position will rip the engine apart, diagnose the problem, then rebuild it. Use your mechanical and creativity skills every day.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8: 30am to 5pm
Pay: $25-$30/hour, DOE
The company does a lot of specialty work – there is always something new to work on. They are looking for someone who can work on several diverse types of boat engines and visualize how they work and how to fix them. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a family-owned shop that flourishes on teamwork!
