Job Description
Cheesemaker- Direct Hire!PM Shift – 6pm-6amPay rate - $20.09 – Based on Experience Cheesemaker Job Responsibilities:-Follow production schedule to cheese types and timing.-Operate HTST, VATS, Separators, Homogenizers and CIP systems.-Monitors ingredient inventory for cheese recipes.-Able to make adjustments during cheese make process.-Understand chemistry of cheese such as PH, moisture, fat, and salt.-Conduct routine checks during production hours.-Review CCP/PCs for quality purposes such as HTST cut in, cut out.-Certified and licensed as a cheesemaker and HTST operator.-Monitor cheese make process for equipment set up, scheduling, and rotations.-Communicate safety and or quality concerns to management and appropriate staff.-Responsible for strict adherence to GMP's for all employees-Accurate recordkeeping and specific paperwork.-Monitor process control points during production and cleaning hours. **Required – High school diploma or equivalent, Cheesemaker experience, Cheesemaker license and certification and HTST operator certification. ** We are here to help you throughout the process and answer your questions.Good thing is that you do not have to pay us a dime…It is all FREE.
