Patient Account Representative
Furst-to-Hire Patient Account Representative opportunity with a leading medical billing management firm. Great company with low turnover and lots of stability. The Patient Account Representative will interact with patients over the phone, but most of the work is dealing with insurance companies on the website.
Hours: Mon-Fri, 8am to 4: 30pm
Pay: $15-$17/hour

Patient Account Representative
Furst-to-Hire Patient Account Representative opportunity with a leading medical billing management firm. Great company with low turnover and lots of stability. The Patient Account Representative will interact with patients over the phone, but most of the work is dealing with insurance companies on the website.

Patient Account Representative Duties:
- Assisting callers with insurance billing
- Assisting insurance companies with patient information
- Billing and re-billing as needed
- Setting up payment arrangements, soft collections
Patient Account Representative Requirements:
- Bilingual in Spanish helpful, but not required
- Previous medical or insurance experience is helpful
- Computer and internet proficiency needed
- Strong knowledge of MS Word and Excel
