Production Control Coordinator

Job Description
- Coordinate all aspects of shop floor manufacturing jobs
- Review and correct job routings.
- Run job workbench, generate, and distribute jobs with blueprints.
- Re-schedule projected late manufacturing jobs.
- Close Machine Order jobs.
- Investigate and resolve material and job shortages.
- Review and close completed manufacturing jobs.
- Obtain quotes/lead-times on outsourced manufactured items.
- Participate in reviewing machines for shortages/current lead-times.
- Update job routings for Engineer Change Notifications (ECN)
- Communicate with vendors & multiple internal departments
- Process reports for job status and future requirements
- Process reports for job closings & job material variances
- Perform inventory adjustments as needed
- Lead / participate in weekly shortage meeting.
- Participate in machine order meetings. (Review report for on-time items)
- Other duties as required
- Great attitude, strong work ethic and flexible team player
- Effective time management and ability to multitask and prioritize workload
- Basic computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office
- Problem resolution skills
- Good mathematic and computational skills
- Experience with Syteline MRP/ERP System preferred
- Must be able to work in a very fast pace environment.
- Must have the ability to work under limited supervision and take ownership of task
- High School Diploma or GED required
- Strong analytical, organizational and auditing skills required
- Previous experience in a manufacturing environment preferred
- Ability to access a computer for up to four hours continuously
