Small Engine/Power Sports Mechanic
Are you a mechanic who loves to build engines? FurstStaffing has a direct hire opportunity for a Small Engine/Power Sports Mechanic in the Belvidere area. You will build and rebuild engines for snow mobiles, ATVs, boats, motorcycles, dirt bikes and jet skis. The ideal candidate for the Small Engine/Power Sports Mechanic will rip the engine apart, diagnose the problem, then rebuild it. At a minimum, the Small Engine/Power Sports Mechanic will take engines apart and rebuild them after someone else diagnoses the issue.
Schedule: Monday – Friday, 8:30am to 5pm
Pay: $25-$30/hour, DOE
The company does a lot of specialty work – there is always something new to work on. They are looking for someone who can work on several diverse types of engines and visualize how they work and how to fix them. This is a fantastic opportunity to work in a family-owned shop that flourishes on teamwork!
